(1) Если надо это сделать только один раз:

      # touch /etc/fastboot

    (См. less /etc/rc.d/rc.S /fastboot)

(2) Если каждый раз -- /etc/fstab

    man fstab:
       The  sixth field, (fs_passno), is used by the fsck(8) pro-
       gram to determine the order in which filesystem checks are
       done at reboot time.  The root filesystem should be speci-
       fied with a fs_passno of 1, and other  filesystems  should
       have a fs_passno of 2.  Filesystems within a drive will be
       checked sequentially, but filesystems on different  drives
       will  be  checked  at the same time to utilize parallelism
       available in the hardware.  If the sixth field is not pre-
       sent  or  zero,  a value of zero is returned and fsck will
       assume that the filesystem does not need to be checked.

(3) Если EXT2/3

    man tune2fs:

           -c max-mount-counts
              Adjust   the   maximal  mounts  count  between  two
              filesystem checks.  If max-mount-counts is  0  then
              the  number of times the filesystem is mounted will
              be disregarded by e2fsck(8) and the kernel.
           -i  interval-between-checks[d|m|w]
              Adjust the  maximal  time  between  two  filesystem
              checks.   No  postfix  or  d  result  in days, m in
              months, and w in weeks.  A value of zero will  dis-
              able the time-dependent checking.

              It  is  strongly recommended that either -c (mount-
              count-dependent) or -i (time-dependent) checking be
              enabled  to  force periodic full e2fsck(8) checking
              of the filesystem.  Failure to do so  may  lead  to
              filesystem  corruption  due  to  bad disks, cables,
              memory, or kernel bugs to go unnoticed  until  they
              cause data loss or corruption.
